With the more vigorous development of science and technology, more and more types of components are derived, and the number of newly developed products is also increasing day by day. There are more and more components, and how to classify the components becomes important. So today, we will mainly introduce the classification methods of some commonly used electronic components. There are many basis for the classification of electronic components, and the key points for each consideration are different. Under normal circumstances, we will classify according to the use temperature, radiation, anti-interference, etc.
The grades are divided into the following 5 categories:
1) commercial grade,
2) industrial grade,
3) automotive grade,
4) military grade,
5) aerospace grade.
Commercial grade - the temperature is: 0°C + 70°C, the one that is common and frequently traded on the market, and what you can see in computers, mobile phones, household appliances, etc. are basically commercial grade, with the cheapest, most common, most practical.
Industrial grade - the temperature is: -40 ℃ ~ +85 ℃, the grade is slightly lower, the price is cheaper and the precision is slightly worse than the military grade.
Automotive grade - the temperature is: -40 ℃ ~ 125 ℃, mainly used in automobiles, the temperature requirements are higher, and the price is more expensive than the industrial grade.
Military grade - temperature: -55℃~+150℃, mainly used in the field of military industry such as missiles, aircraft, tanks, aircraft carriers, etc. The electronic components in the military industry, any part taken out, are the most advanced, with leading technology, high price and high precision.
Aerospace grade - temperature is: -55℃~+150℃, aerospace grade components are the highest level of components, mainly used in aerospace fields such as rockets, spaceships, satellites, etc. The operating temperature is the same as that of the military grade, but the anti-radiation and anti-interference functions are added on the basis of the military grade.
