Files to be provided for SMT assembly

1 BOM:

A BOM lists the name, model, package type, brand, and quantity of all components required for the PCB project. A complete and accurate BOM is fundamental to SMT processing, as it determines the components to be procured. Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the BOM is critical to avoid delays and errors. 

2 Process Requirements:

In addition to the BOM, process requirements are also key documents. These describe the correct installation, positioning, and soldering methods for components to ensure product reliability and performance. PCBA Process requirements typically include component placement coordinates, soldering temperature specifications, solder paste usage guidelines, etc. 

3 Functional Description:

Provide as detailed a functional description as possible. A clear and comprehensive description helps ensure the newly manufactured board performs identically to the original. 

4 Sample Images:

Provide high-quality sample images taken from multiple angles, ensuring clarity. This helps the SMT manufacturer better understand the appearance and component layout of the original board. Providing detailed descriptions for each component, including its model, position, package type, etc., is better to ensure accurate installation and soldering. 

5 Large Views and Renderings:

In addition to specific component images, provide large views and renderings of the entire circuit board to help the SMT manufacturer better understand the overall structure and connections.
