Standard 2 Layer PCB production process

A. Cutting
According to the requirements of MI engineering data, cut material based on size of PCB working file into small  panel to conform the requirements of the customers.

B. Drilling hole
According to the engineering data (customer information),drilling the required hole size in the designated location of the board material.

C. Electroplating
Plating a layer of thin copper in the insulation hole wall by using chemical method.

D. Graphic Transfer
Transfer the image on the film  to the PCB board.

E. Graphics Electroplating
Plating a layer copper/gold nickel/tin of required thickness on the bare copper or hole wall.

F. Etching
Using chemical reaction method to etch the copper layer on NO circuit parts.

G. Soldermask
Transfer the soldmask image on the film  to the PCB board,it can protect circuit.

H. Silkscreen
Silkscreen is to provide a kind of mark easy to  identify.

I. Testing
100% fly probe testing to find open circuit, short circuit and other functional defects that not easy to discover by visual.

J. Final Inspection

100% inspection for the PCB boards appearance, repair slight appearance defect to make sure the one-class quality.
