1. The naked hand touches the board to cause a chemical reaction on the copper surface in a very short time, resulting in oxidation of the copper surface. 2. The naked hand touch board before solder mask will cause the adhesion of the solder mask to deteriorate, and will blistering and falling off during hot air solder leveling.
3. In the whole process after the solder masking and before packaging, touching the surface with naked hands can cause the board surface to be unclean, resulting in poor solder ability or poor bonding.
4. Grease of the finger print on the surface of the board before silk wet film or silkscreen and press film, easily cause the adhesion of the dry/wet film to decrease.
