PCBA soldering processing, it refers to plug-in material still need a series of processing after the wave-soldering. These include components that are not suitable for reflow and require soldering iron to soldering.

Some precautions for soldering processing:

1. Strictly require workers to wear static rings to prevent static electricity from damaging some important components on the PCBA board.

2. When cutting the feet of the DIP components on the PCBA board, be careful not to cause tin cracking.

3. Check the PCBA board whether missing solder, solder bridge or other defect of soldering, and repairing the PCBA board in question.

4. When manually soldering the PCBA board, it is necessary to strictly control the soldering temperature, to prevent temperature too low causes cold solder, or the temperature is too high causes damage the components.

PCBA soldering process mainly relies on workers to operate, and has certain requirements for worker's technology. There are many unstable factors, which are relatively easy to cause some poor welding.
