PCBA sample manufacturing procedures

Nowadays, many electronic companies will hand over their products to professional electronic manufacturers companies to produce. Before mass production, they will usually manufacture PCBA sample first. SYS Technology have served many PCBA sample customers for many years. In order to facilitate communication, customers also need to understand the PCBA sample process. Let's take a look.  

First, customer orders.   

Customers will place orders to their trusted electronic manufacturing factory according to their actual needs and provide specific requirements. The manufacturing factory will evaluate base on its own capabilities to see if it can complete the order. If the manufacturer determines that it can complete the order within a certain period of time, then the two parties will negotiate and decide on various production details.  

Second, manufacturing documents.   

After the customer decides to place an order, he will provide the electronic manufacturing factory with a series of documents and lists, such as the PCB layout files, coordinate files and BOM lists etc., which needed for production, all of them must be provided.  

Third, purchase raw materials.   

According to the documents provided by the customer, the electronic manufacturing factory purchases relevant raw materials from the designated supplier.  

Fourth, incoming inspection.   

Before PCBA producing, for all the raw materials to be used, the electronic manufacturing factory needs to carry out strict quality inspection, and only after it is qualified, can it be put into production.  

Fifth, PCBA manufacturing.   

When manufacturing PCBA sample, in order to ensure the production quality, whether it is SMT by machine or manual soldering, the manufacturer needs to strictly control the quality.  

Sixth, PCBA testing.   

Electronic manufacturing factories also need to carry out rigorous testing, and only PCB boards that pass the test can be delivered to customers.  

Seventh, packing and after-sales.   

After PCBA sample is completed, the product needs to be packed and then handed over to the customer to complete the entire sample work. PCBA factory will provide related after-sales for the PCBA during customer testing.
