1. There should be no gap between each small PCBs separated by V-Cut line, but pay attention to the distance between the conductor(line/PAD) and the V-Cut line. In normal circumstances, distance between conductors should be more than 1.00mm where V-Cut line go through, which means conductor to board edge should be 0.50mm or more at each PCB (should pay attention that components and line not too close board edge).

2. Board shape is generally marked by keep out layer, places need V-Cut in board only need to be marked in keep out layer drawing, but marked with “V-Cut” words at one edge of V-cut line is more clear to PCB manufacturers.

3. Normally the remain thickness of V-Cut is 1/3 board thickness, the V-Cut angle is generally 20, 30, 45, 60 degrees, remain thickness of V-Cut can be adjusted according to the customer's requirement.

4. Because of glass fiber yarn may become loose after breaking off, in some circumstance, V-Cut PCB size will be slightly out of tolerance, in some products size will be 0.5mm larger.

5. V-CUT knife can only go a straight line, can not go curve line and polyline, generally suit for board thickness bigger than 0.4mm
