Electronic product debugging is to adjust and test the various adjustable components and parts of the electronic machine designed and manufactured by using characteristic instruments and meters, combined with correct test methods, so that the PCBA can meet or exceed the requirements of customers. The functional requirements, technical indicators and quality standards stipulated in the signed program contract. Debugging of electronic PCBA product is not only an important process to ensure and realize the functions and quality of electronic solutions, but also an important link to discover the overall design issue, process defects and deficiencies of electronic solutions.
The Electronic product debugging specifically includes: the debugging content of the electronic PCBA, the basic principles of formulating the debugging scheme, and the process flow of the whole machine debugging of the electronic product.

The debugging work of the electronic project includes two aspects: adjustment and testing.
Adjustment mainly refers to the circuit parameters, that is, the adjustable magnetic core, variable resistor, potentiometer, trimmer capacitor and other adjustable components of the inductance coil in the whole machine, as well as the tuning system and mechanical transmission parts related to electrical indicators. And so on to make adjustments to make it meet the predetermined performance indicators and functional requirements. The test is to test the technical indicators of the unit circuit board and the whole machine with a measuring instrument with specified accuracy, so as to judge whether the technical indicators of the tested item meet the specified requirements.
Correctly and reasonably select and use the instruments and meters required for the test;
Adjust and test the unit circuit board or the whole machine in strict accordance with the provisions of the debugging process guide card, and tighten the adjustment parts according to the prescribed method after completion;
Eliminate the failures in the adjustment and make records;
Conscientiously analyze, feedback and process the debugging data, write a summary of the debugging work, and propose improvement measures.
For simple and small electronic projects, the debugging work is simple. Once the assembly is completed, the whole machine can be directly debugged; for the whole machine with complex structure and high performance index requirements, the debugging work is scattered first and then concentrated, that is, the unit circuit board can usually be debugged first. After debugging, after meeting the requirements, carry out the final assembly, and finally carry out the whole machine debugging of the scheme.
For mass-produced electronic complete machine solutions, the debugging work is generally carried out on the assembly line according to the provisions of the debugging process card. For more complex large-scale equipment, according to the design requirements, part of the debugging work or rough adjustment can be carried out in the production plant, and then the final installation and comprehensive debugging can be carried out in the final assembly site or experimental base according to the requirements of the technical documents.
