1. Solderability test: according to the corresponding PCB design, selecting the appropriate test conditions (such as wave soldering temperature / time / solder paste, etc.), then conduct the solderability test. It requirements each pad on the surface is fully wetted, flat and smooth. Use 1panel testing sample in each lot to test. AQL is zero defect level.
2. Soldermask and silkscreen adhering test: Using 3M adhesive tape to paste at the soldermask or silkscreen surface, total three times, if no soldermask or silkscreen is peeled off, then it is acceptable.
3. Plug-in Test: For some PCB using plug-in components, during its inspection, SysPCB will use corresponding materials to do the inserting test.
4. The hole section test reports: SysPCB requires regular section test reports /coupon to be provide to the Company’s quality dept OQC, OQC to compare their results based on the related requirements in Gerber file or other requirements from customer, check if qualified, if unqualified, OQC need to immediately make the appropriate contain to the Problem promptly and inform the quality manager to make the decision. If the problem needs customer’s decision, we will inform customer before we shipping PCB.
