The fast response to market trends and short production cycle ensure that China’s PCB enterprises have competitive advantages in the PCB industry. Since 2000, the proportion of the output value of China’s PCB industry in the global PCB industry has risen from 7% to 36%, and China has become the world’s largest PCB production center. At present, there are two major trends of electronic products. One is consumers’ increasing demand for the ultrathin and portable features of electronic products. The other is the requirement for the stability of the circuits even under high-speed and high frequency conditions. Therefore, the requirement for the quality of high-end and special substrates like high frequency will continue to rise.
