Basic production processes of PCB circuit board, can be divided into seven steps. Below is a brief introducing from SysPCB, Shenzhen China PCB manufacturer.

1. Prepare the printed circuit board drawing. draw circuit board with the transfer paper, pay attention to the slippery side facing you, generally print two circuit boards, that is, a piece of paper to print two circuit boards. In which to select the best print results to produce PCB.

2.Cutting CCL, CCL, which is on both sides covered with a copper sheet, will CCL cut to the size of the circuit board, not too large, in order to save material.

3. Pretreatment CCL. CCL surface oxide layer is polished off with fine sandpaper to ensure the transfer board, polished good standard board is bright, there are no obvious stains.

4. Transfer CCL to copper sheet. Printed circuit board will cut into the appropriate size of the printed circuit board side attached to the CCL on the alignment after CCL into the heat transfer machine into the transfer paper must ensure that there is no dislocation. Generally after 2-3 times the transfer, the board will be able to securely transfer on the CCL. Heat transfer machine in advance has been preheated, the temperature was set at 160-200 degrees Celsius, due to the very high temperature operation, pay attention to safety!

5. Etching circuit boards, reflow soldering machine. First check whether the board to transfer complete, if the minority can not transfer good repair with a black oily pen. Then can corrode circuit board exposed copper film was completely etched away, the circuit board is removed from the etching solution to clean such a circuit board corrosion better. The composition of the etching solution as concentrated hydrochloric acid, concentrated hydrogen peroxide, water, the ratio of 1:2:3, in the preparation of the etching solution, the first turn, combined with concentrated hydrochloric acid, concentrated hydrogen peroxide, if the operation of concentrated hydrochloric acid, concentrated hydrogen peroxide or an etching solution are not accidentally splashed on skin or clothing should be promptly cleaned with water, due to the use of highly corrosive solution, the operator must pay attention to safety!

6. The circuit board drilling. The circuit board is inserted into the electronic components, so they are on the circuit board drilling. Bur different based on the thickness of the choice of the electronic component pin, use the drilling rig, the circuit board is sure to press steady, slow the rig speed can not open, please close look at the operating personnel to operate.

7. Circuit board surface treatment. The borehole after toner covered the circuit board is polished off with fine sandpaper to clean circuit board with water. Water dried, coated with pine fragrance line, in order to speed up the rosin solidification heated with hot air blower circuit boards, just 2-3 minutes rosin can be solidified.
