CCL level introduction

CCL is the abbreviation of copper clad laminate. Reinforcing material immersing in a resin, coated with copper foil on one or both sides, and hot pressed, which is a basic material for PCBs. When it is used for the production of multi-layer boards, it is also called a CORE.

The common board level for copper clad laminate are as follows:

1, FR-4 A1 grade copper clad laminate

This grade is mainly used in military, communications, computer, digital circuits, industrial instrumentation, automotive circuits and other electronic products. The quality of this series of products has reached the world-class level, which is the highest grade and best performance of the company.

2, FR-4 A2 grade copper clad laminate

This grade is mainly used for ordinary computers, instrumentation, advanced home appliances and general electronic products. This series of CCL is widely used, and all performance indicators can meet the needs of general industrial electronic products. Have a good price performance ratio. Enable customers to effectively increase price competitiveness.

3, FR-4 A3 grade copper clad laminate

This grade of copper clad laminate is the company's FR-4 products specially developed for the home appliance industry, computer peripheral products and general electronic products (such as toys, calculators, game consoles, etc.). Its characteristics are that under the premise that the performance meets the requirements, the price is very competitive.

4, FR-4 AB Grade CCL

This grade is a unique low-end product of the company. However, various performance indicators can still meet the needs of ordinary home appliances, computers and general electronic products, and the price is the most competitive, and the performance price ratio is also very good.

5, FR-4 B-grade copper clad laminate

This grade belongs to the company's secondary, the quality stability is poor, not suitable for large-area circuit board products, generally suitable for products of size 100mmX200mm. It is the cheapest, but customers should pay attention to the choice.

6, CEM-3 series copper clad laminates

These products are produced in three colors, namely white, black and natural. Mainly used in computers, LED industry, watches, general household appliances and ordinary electronic products (such as VCD, DVD, toys, game consoles, etc.). Its main feature is better punching performance, suitable for large-volume PCB products that require stamping process. This series of products has three quality grades of A1, A2 and A3, and customers with different requirements can choose to use.

7, Black copper clad laminate for all kinds of watches

This series has three quality grades: A1, A2 and A3. There are two types of copper clad laminates, FR-4 and G10. The quality indicators such as thickness, blackness and solubility are in full compliance with the requirements of watch products. Among them, the quality of such plates in the A1 series has reached the world-class level, and many of the high-grade quartz watches in foreign countries use this series of plates. The quality of A3 grade products meets the quality level required by ordinary watches and clocks, and the price is the most competitive.

8, Multi-layer board materials

The multi-layer materials provided by the company to the customer are as follows:
